Program Overview

Landscape designers are increasingly expected to accommodate wildlife into their plans. That said whether a project is residential, commercial, or public - habitat creation must jibe with the practical, cultural, and aesthetic needs of clients. This intensive program will include two days of classroom and field exploration that simultaneously explore the integration of ecology and wildlife habitat - with aesthetics and human experience. Join us in Cape May Point, a premier hotspot for bird and lepidoptera migration, where presenters from the fields of ecology, ornithology and garden design will explore the integration of these distinct but highly related disciplines.
